"We came with a group of 20+ with several being kids. I believe our servers name was Jonathan. He was on top of everything. Took our orders quickly and got everything out to us correctly. Drinks stayed filled up and he was able to keep up with the kids trying to order shakes. I think our whole group was very impressed at the service we received. Plus, the food was good as usual"

"While the food was top notch, the purple vanilla shake was impressive, i had a mediocre experience with waiter interaction, very little connection and interaction, felt like waiters and staff were very overwhelmed to make meaningful interaction and ticket placement and pickup exhange was minimal and quick and quiet. Very little willingness to strike up camodery and personality. The interior, while clean and well kept, was very underwhelming in theme. There were hints and references to the 50s dinner theme, but it felt divided with identifying between a past atmosphere of the classic 50s and a modern gastrohub expression. It was more distracting than anything, like uncanny valley esq. The bathrooms were simple/basic but very well kept/clean and sanitary. The price of food was a bit high for what I got. Steak and shake quality food but above their price range by 5 dollars. Also, the fry vs chips question was very deceptive. Was not informed it was a side vs. included when asked. I dont like salesman tactics from waiters. That's a star lossed by itself. Transparency and honesty are very important to me. Was about to make purple cow my yearly tradition, but that basic code of morality loss was the deciding factor of that decision."

"Decided to make a trek to the Purple Cow looking for a good, inexpensive local eat for lunch today. This restaurant hit all the checks. The food was good, the atmosphere was a cool old school diner feel with 50's and early 60's tunes on the radio. When we arrived we were sat in our booth promptly and soon after our waitress came by to take our orders. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was what you would expect from a diner, the burger I had was very good and my Dad was thoroughly impressed with his club sandwich especially for the price. One thing I HIGHLY recommend is the chocolate milkshake, it was simple but, fantastic. I am extremely satisfied with The Purple Cow, a great place to sit down and eat!"
