"If you don't have the vehicle that has been reserved, please leave that in your confirmation voicemail instead of saying everything is good to go and then telling us on arrival you don't actually have the vehicle we requested."

"The reason I’m giving one star is because they charged my card $300 without my authorization. We rented the vehicle through State Farm insurance and were not supposed to be charged, outside of the $50 deposit which would be refunded. After we returned the vehicle to the auto body shop for pickup by the date required, as discussed days prior, the enterprise company called and left a message about when we were going to return the vehicle. Not once did they mention or ask permission to charge my card. I don’t care that they’re refunding in the next couple of days. $300 is a lot of money to me, and I needed that money available. Very poor way to take care of customers."

"This time the car was nice except for one thing. The inside of the windows had not been cleaned for a long time. The film on the inside of the windows was so dry that you could not get it off with a rag. I didn't have any glass cleaner and wasn't going to buy any. I pay to have clean windows. This is bad because when the sun hits it, you can't see out. Thus, there were times that I could not see out either the front window or the back the window very well at all. I say "this time" at the beginning because on my last rental in June, the car smelled so bad of something that my wife and both got headaches. We finally had to stop and buy Febreze to spray the car. It took 3 applications to get the smell out. When we got the car, they gave us a card to call if we had any problems. That's great if anyone had answered or had called us back. Unfortunately they did not. Thus, the card and phone number was useless. We just wanted to know if we could change cars when we got to our destination. I have been with Enterprise a long time but I may have to find another car rental company if things don't improve."

"Had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Shakopee this time I was entitled to a free upgrade which I took advantage of the vehicle that they reserved for me was Volkswagen SUV and as I was walking to that I saw Dodge Challenger all black black interior bucket seats my kind of car so I rented that one instead sure it was a little bit more money but why not got to have fun in your life too so I was very happy with the vehicle extremely happy with the customer service and would recommend Enterprise to everyone thank you"

"The true test of customer service is when something goes wrong and Edwin stepped up during my last rental. The gas gauge on my rental went from 1/2 a tank to empty in an 5 minute span and I stalled on the side of the highway. Roadside assistance could not help because I was too close to traffic, so I had to pay for towing back to the store. I called the next morning and was told that they would investigate the issue and be back in touch. Edwin called and said it was confirmed the gauge was faulty. It was actually empty even though it was showing fuel. We quickly worked out a satisfactory solution to cover the rental and towing bill. I rated my experience as a 4 due to the fact a vehicle with 9000 miles had this issue, but the service provided by Edwin offset the inconvenience. I will continue renting from the Shakopee location."
