"Haley and team have done great job managing my allergies. I’ve seen significant improvement in my symptoms since beginning treatment."
"Saw a nurse about taking over allergy shots for my daughter who just moved here. Nurse was supposed to send a request for the shots that day. She didn’t send it until the next month! Now they don’t know what happened. They gave up and my daughter is the one suffering."
"Very professional and friendly staff. Highly suggested for people suffering with allergies or needing to find out what their allergies are. Ear, nose, and throat doctor's are well educated and informed on all aspects needed for any problems in their field."
"My recent experience at ENT and Allergy Center, a stark contrast to the quality care I received years ago under Dr. Fincher, compels me to issue this warning. One of the first visits began with a hurried and superficial consultation with Dr. Cashman, who spent maybe 5 minutes with me, alongside a nurse practitioner, who seemed nice. The core issue of my distress was an allergy shot administered improperly. A nurse, who was not my regular one, carelessly jabbed the needle into the upper side of my right arm, instead of the usual site behind the arm. This mistake caused immediate, severe pain and nerve damage as I walked to my car. Upon returning to the clinic in agony and tears, the staff's response was alarmingly indifferent, offering only an ice pack and casually remarking that such reactions "sometimes happen” and she sent me on my way. My continued pain and concerns were subsequently met with a similar lack of concern and empathy. The staff disregarded my observations about the incorrect injection technique. The numbness didn’t go away for about 3 months and the injection site is still tender. Switching to a provider that employs gentler methods, such as injections with Benadryl-dipped needles into the hip, has highlighted the severe decline in patient care at ENT and Allergy Center. This experience is a testament to the deteriorated standard of care and patient empathy at the facility, and I caution others to consider this before seeking treatment there."
"Felt like I got ripped off. No answer to my problem. Regular Dr sent me here because antibiotics where not working. This Dr was in the room a total of 3 minutes."
