"I don’t normally write reviews…only places that matter…good and bad! Luckily, this is a solid GOOD review. Picked this guy up on the internets and you can tell none of the reviews are paid phony reviews. Bob is creating a name for himself purely by word of mouth. He’s been doing this for many years and the experience shows! Smoothed out dents, scratches, nicks, buffed and shined my car. Thing looks almost brand new again for an extremely fair price! Bob is what he calls, “fussy” about his work. He likes the wow effect with his customers. He also loves to educate and walk you through the quote to show exactly what he’s going to do. So be prepared for a conversation with bob, which is fine by me because that’s the kind of attention to detail I like. Now if you like the fancy lobby with coffee and doughnuts where you can’t even seen how the sausage is made, then this place is NOT for you. It’s off an industrial road in Shakopee off hwy 41 and he rents a single garage slot with some other wrecked car repair companies. He only needs the one slot with one lift to do the one car at a time type of attention he requires. And boy does he do great work on his one car at a time!! He takes the time and care it takes to get it done right. He doesn’t rush, although he did turn my car out in about two days which is pretty good. Now the only issue I have with writing this review is that he gets TOO busy so that in the future he won’t be able to get my car in fast enough, but it’d be worth it. Id love for this local legend to acquire new business, he definitely deserves it."
