"Went there after a bad dye job at a salon. I wanted to try to tone it myself and didn't know which product to get. I had to go back twice and each time they helped me and gave me great tips. Saved me from have to pay someone to fix it, I wasn't going to go back to the og stylist."

"Not sure what the name of the lady is but she has grey hair and nasty attitude In two instances i came in and those two instances she was rude right off the bat saying they were closed saying she had to pick up her car, I would’ve been understanding if she said it in a different tone But the delivery was extremely rude and nasty. I understand you can be in a rush but there’s always a nice way to say it. And to say twice the same rude manner and different days ? Make it make sense"

"Went with a group of friends today because we are planning on dyeing our hair for prom. The cashier, Saph, was extremely helpful and knew exactly where everything that we needed was. They were very kind and gracious with us. This Sallys is a bit away from me but it's worth the trip. I always receive exceptional customer service here! ^_^ "

"We pulled in around 11 and the only worker left and locked the door?? They were supposed to open at 11 and we waited 30 minutes and they still didn’t arrive to open."

"They usually have what I need but there's nothing special to say, employees aren't overly friendly but not necessarily unfriendly, they're just...there. Prices for things like nail polish or gems & stickers or nail necessities are way over priced especially when the quantity of something is very minimal. All in all I go there about once a month to get my hair dye, walk in, look around & leave, like I said nothing special."
