"My daughter and I went in to get our nails done. They wanted just a basic manicure with a gel polish and I wanted an acrylic stiletto with a gel polish. I was a bit concerned when my nails were presented to me as round but thought my child's nails were being taken care of. Come to find out they had put on acrylic nails/ tips and cut them all the way down to a very short nail and charged me for their error. I was shocked to find out what happened and called them. They said if I came back they would refund me 20 dollars., but it was my fault for not telling them what we wanted. We told her multiple times. I told her to keep the money, but we aren't coming back."
"A lovely pedicure in a comfortable environment with friendly staff, but I should have asked for a massage upgrade as the basic didn't include much (and isn't that the best part of the pedi anyway?) Update: I returned this week, and wanted to report the EXCELLENT service I received. I usually check Google for business hours, which indicated they close at 8:00 p.m. When I arrived at 6:50 p.m. the sign on the door had been updated to indicate they close at 7:00. The gentleman who was there, Kong, said he'd be more than happy to stay past closing and do my powder dip nails. I felt incredibly guilty for the mistake, but he insisted I stay and we had a lovely time chatting during the service. Thank you so much for my beautiful nails, which usually last for over a month without chipping or splitting."
