"It’s usually hard to find the perfect Taco Bell in tk but the one on new Boston rd have to be the worst, I ordered 2 simple burritos as they come and one came pretty much with no chicken, the lady at the window “Alexandria N”customer service is just terrible keep the younger ppl there too old not to be able to answer simple questions from a paying customer."

"Went to make a huge order at lunch when it was raining. Lobby was closed due to a problem in the dining room. Went directly to the window to order not to get wet. Worker came to the window and said I must order through the drive through station. Keep in mind no cars in front or behind me. I decided to leave. This store made it too hard to do business."

"Horrible service. Took 40 min to get our food. They forgot about us then acted like we were lying. Glad I had my receipt. Order was wrong, they didn't care to fix it. Restaurant was dirty. Guess it will be another year before we eat there."

"We ordered a cravings box. Before I explain why I think this is a two star restaurant, I will say the food was very good and the cook asked us to make sure our order was correct which was great. We ordered food with beans substituted for beef, we specifically told the manager, possibly GM, which buttons to hit on the cash register in order to get to the substitute options (because she didn't know), and instead she took the beef off and added beans, which added a dollar to our order. That's not a big deal, but it was essentially an upcharge of 20% because she didn't feel like listening to us. It would have been better to order online ourselves, which is disappointing. Also, our cinnamon twists were not full by any measure."
