"I was physically assaulted by a VA staff. I filed a police report with the Little Rock police department. Then the VA refused to provide the name of the staff that physically assaulted me then retaliated against me for reporting the physical assault and Shanna Palmer falsified medical records to cover up the physical assault and retaliate against me for reporting the physical assault."
