"They did a bait and switch on the laser, The initial laser they used me, it worked but not as well as the other place I was trying out. They Switched up the laser for one of the appointments said, they said it saved them time and I was sure, let’s try it. It did not work at all. I told him the new laser did not have the same effects and not to use that on me again (Zero reduction hair growth). I asked that they put it in my file not to use that particular laser again as it does not work on me. I get it, things happen, and I did not expect a refund or redo for that one wasted session. The issue occurs when after multiple sessions with the normal laser, they then used that ineffective effect laser again without telling me and I didn’t realize it until the session ended early and they refuse to refund me or redo the treatment. They made a mistake and refused to correct it. Also tipping in a medical setting is very unethical. Employees there are very hit and miss as well. The results compared to the place in Edina that I tried was also substantially Lower quality, but that might be because two of my sessions were done with an ineffective laser."
