"Let's start with the positives: this place is clean and there is usually not a long line. Went there twice recently and both time were a disappointing experience. The first time, I came back home with a bad haircut and had to get it fixed. Second time, I made sure not to get the same person but the new person not only messed up my hair badly, also cut me in the ear (twice!!) and scratch my neck with a trimmer. Overall, I would not recommend this place."

"Came here twice and messed up my hair both times. I came in January and the man cutting my hair gave my chunky layers. I came today and the same thing happened. I have no idea how to tell them that they did a horrible job. I just wanted a decent haircut that didn't break the bank. How can two people do the same thing? The super tall black guy whose name I didn't catch agreed to do the fastest haircut of his career. I just needed to get cleaned up a bit so I was willing to sacrifice quality if it meant that I could still make it to my interview on time. I was surprised when my barber, the super tall black guy whose name I don't know, did one of the best haircuts of my life. I made it to the interview 5 minutes early. And if you're wondering, yes I did get the job."

"Went there for a haircut before my study aboard trip. A Vietnamese lady, her name might be Chau, cut my hair. She was super friendly and we had a nice conversation. However, my hair turned out shorter than what I had asked for. At the moment it looked fine from the front and I was thinking I can grow it out a little, so I said it was fine. However, when I got home my mom said it looked like “a dog bit your head and give you that haircut”. I decided to give it a few weeks since my mom is sometimes pretty hard on things. However, it was looking worse by the day. I tried putting it up but it looked like a broomstick in a ponytail. Therefore, I was in foreign country running around trying to find a hair stylist. When I finally did, he took at least 30 mins to fix my hair. I literally paid 30 dollars for trauma. Lol never again"
