"I wanted to make an appointment. I sent them a message on the website but I didn’t get a reply. I then sent them an email. No reply. I then called and there was no answer. I left them a message but didn’t hear back. I called them again and finally I talked to someone. She told me that Groupon made a mistake and ran a discount campaign that wasn’t approved. She said she would call me back and let me know if my Groupon would be granted. If not, I would be given a full refund. A week passed by and I still didn’t receive a call back. I then called back one last time and didn’t get an answer. I’m done dealing with this business. They are so unprofessional and not customer focused. Terrible!"

"My stylist has been out of town for over a month. I booked last minute with Beyoncé. I’ve heard good things about this salon and my friend goes to jas but she wasn’t open. I took the risk and went with another stylist and she did amazing on my slik press. I definitely will be returning."

"I absolutely love this salon. When you first walk in, you are greeted with lots of smiles and lots of pretty staff getting their client all beautiful. The decor and the music makes you want to stay and relax for a while. My stylist (jasmine) is very talented and knowledgeable about all hair types. I really love that she takes her time but also manages her time very well getting clients in and of her chair fairly quickly. When I book with her I know I’m gonna get a a five star silk press within an hour."

A year or so ago I saw a stylist and decided to go from jet black hair to platinum silver… As you can tell this didn’t turn out well and I seared all my hair off.
