"We have been working with Dr. Thayer and his incredible team for about 5 years as he has monitored and put together a care plan for our three children. From our very first visit we have experienced top notch care and professionalism from EVERY member of this skilled and long-term team. All of our kids have different orthodonture needs and it’s clear they each have a plan customised to their unique situation. Dr. Thayer and team take whatever time is needed to make everyone comfortable and informed every step of the way (including putting the brakes on the day the braces were to go on). Nothing is done (including the financial piece) without partnership and agreement. Everything is done with care and a healthy dose of fun. I am confident the end result for each of our kids will be more than we imagined and will last a lifetime."
