"After having a bad experience elsewhere I was really nervous to try lashes again. I looked into this shop as I’ve drove by it a few times on Hennepin and it looked super cute! I saw the owner KC and she was amazing. She helped me figure out what would be the best look for my eyes. I did the Hybrid look because I like them fluffy! We had great conversation and it was very relaxing as I almost fell asleep in her table lol. I definitely recommend seeing KC she was very accommodating for time with me as it was a bit of a “lash emergency” since I am leaving for a work trip. Overall really cute clean space and friendly ladies!"

She does a great job with them each time, I always leave very satisfied. "I first initially came to the salon because I was looking for a new lash technician. I was hesitant to go to the salon but I saw multiple photos of their work which changed my mind to come here. A Day later I started to find discomfort in my lashes. Every time I brushed my lashes with a spoolie, it was very painful and caused irritation. I have gotten my lashes done before and know if I find irritation it is because they did not isolate my lashes correctly. Which causes multiple lashes glued to one lash fan. I have had this happen to me before in the past but only on one Lash fan. I contacted their salon through Instagram and expressed my discomfort with the lashes because it felt like the majority of the lashes on the right side of my eye. I initially wanted to come in that day for them to look at it and fix it, but they did not respond to me until later in the day. I was busy and the next day I had to leave town due to it being Thanksgiving week. I sent him pictures of My irritated eye and they told me to take Benadryl. Instead of taking Benadryl I carefully removed my lashes myself. I have attached photos to my review of the multiple lashes that were glued incorrectly. There were two clusters stuck to one lash. And there was one lash ban stuck to two lashes. And finally, there were two lash bands stuck together. After I came back from out of town, I contacted them again showing that the lashes were applied incorrectly and irritated my eyes further. I also told them I expected a refund for the breakage of my natural lashes in how much irritation it has caused me Because I initially got the lashes done for my Thanksgiving vacation. instead of replying in a timely manner they did not reply to me until three days later. They said they would refund me and ask how my lashes are doing. I told them that my lashes are irritated, and I have a lot of breakage because they did not apply the lashes incorrectly. Moving forward a week goes by and I never received my refund. Plus, I replied to them through a text message and said when I should expect my refund. Again, instead of replying in a timely manner, they did not reply to me at all. At this point I felt like we were going back-and-forth so instead of contacting them through social media or text message, I decided to show up to their salon myself. it was not until then they decided to give me my full refund. When I came into the salon, I did have to wait 30 minutes for a manager to deal with my problem. When she initially came up to me, she acted surprised as if I did not get my refund. Her quoted words were, “oh did you not get your refund?”. Instead of just issuing my refund she must make this unnecessary comment in which if I did receive my refund, I would not have come to the salon in the first place. Overall my satisfaction in the service was terrible as I had irritation in my lashes and caused a lot of breakage and pulling out my natural lashes. The overall customer service is very poor, unprofessional, and rude. They are very unorganized and do not know how to operate a business. As a salon owner, it is sad to see that she does not have the knowledge to own her own salon and should take in consideration of better customer service and doing things in a timely manner. They are not a good fit for me, so I decided that I will never come back to the salon. Maybe others have gotten better services than I did. However, the staff and owner gave me a bad taste. They never apologized for what they did to me and my lashes. A great business is one who can own up to their mistakes and make it right. Not ignore clients and go home with their money."
