"This used to be my favorite beauty supply I drive an hour to get there I went today every isle I went down someone followed me and my daughter I couldn’t even shopped because they were so rude what I did get I just paid for and ended up leaving and told them I will never be back not everyone is try to steal stuff in your store maybe you should treat people who come into your store with respect and not assume they are stealing."

"I stop by the store on the way home. I’m not from this area. I am from the metro and typically go to 7 mile discount. One thing I notice is 90% of the products here cost anywhere between a dollar to six dollars more the 7 mile discount. I do feel like they have more of a variety as far as hair products, but nothing else. The wig selection is extremely small but the extensions, weave, and others have a few Islesworth. In my opinion, there were way too many people working and just staring down every customer like they were going to steal or something. This was not the case for myself, but I noticed it for others. I was in the store for maybe 10 minutes. I did get a couple of things. I would definitely come here again if I was looking for some very specific hair products that are not carried at 7 mile or at Walmart. Like I said again, though many of the products they have are over priced. The main and tail shampoo and conditioner was $10-$15 more than it is at Walmart…. and about five dollars more than it is at 7 mile discount."

"I have read the reviews of others who have shopped at this store and I completely agree with them. I stopped in the store with my daughter because she needed to purchase some items that they carry. The store was so claustrophobic that I couldn’t wait to get out of it, too many items and people packed into a small space. There were shoppers in every aisle when I was attempting to leave and it took me a few trips around the store to find enough space to pass through. But I was watched by a person behind the counter and followed by another employee. The one following me completely ignored me when I stated that I was attempting to exit the store. I am disabled and the customer who pulled into the parking lot at the same time we did parked illegally in the only handicap parking space. When I entered the store, I attempted to alert the employees behind the counter about the parking situation but they were more interested in the conversation they were having with one another while looking at a phone screen and did not even acknowledge my presence. That was my first visit to this store and after the experience I had, there is no way I would spend my money there."
