"0 STARS! My experience was terrible. I placed an online order and waited for my order to be ready for pickup. Well, it resulted in my having to go in store being told that their system was down. So, here it is I’ve paid for my items and they are actually ready for pick up, but I can’t get them due to the system being down. Well, after waiting around and going in store to check periodically, the system was “still down.” After hours of waiting being told that the system was down several times I just decided to return after work. I make it to the store in Camden, AR, and the sales associate tells me that the shoes were out of stock and all she had was the socks. She told me that she basically looked everywhere and she was not able to find the shoes. I asked her “So what are we to do now, because the shoes were here in stock earlier.” She told me “I don’t know what else to tell you. Our system has been down and the system may show that a product is in store, when the store is actually out of stock.” I told her “Well, there has to be a better way, because simply stating “I don’t know what to tell you” to a customer is not going to fix the issue. So, she decided to refund my money and it would take 2-3 business days to return to my card. She asked another sales associate to double check for the 3rd time to see if he can find the shoes….and WALAH! He finds them for her. So, here we have it! The shoes have been located (which we knew were there because my husband told her they were there) , she has now returned my money to my card, and I now have to pay for my shoes AGAIN! Oh and I am still waiting on my money to be returned to my card. HORRIBLE experience and I don’t plan to go back."
