"Had Heather today. Less than Great Clips quality. My daughter has curly textured hair. When I called for the appt I asked for someone skilled with curly hair. They gave us Heather. She started hacking away chunks of my daughters hair. When I asked her what she was doing she tells me she is deaf in one ear and the other is clogged ans she didn't hear what I had asked for. I said again what we wanted because she never heard me. She chopped off/hacked chunks all over and the length from the back - and I asked again what she was doing. She threw her hands up and said she is scared to cut her hair. Piles of hair are on the floor. I asked her what she wants us to do and she tells us to leave and have someone else cut her hair!!! She never combed through it, never washed it, nothing. So here we sit with half of her hair chopped off and desperately finding someone to fix it. This stylist is not confident in her own self, she is timid, and can't communicate with clients. She should probably not have a chair."
