"Amanda K. Is the ONLY stylist I trust and has been coloring and cutting my hair for 5+ years now! I moved and took a short break from services with her due to location and I did notice color quality was not the same and my hair was more damaged then ever. I found my way back to Amanda and she is the only stylist I will see for color and cuts! Amanda also know so much about “hair care” and gives me appropriate hair treatments for breakage and hard/well water. She is amazing with all color but has a gift for blondes! Amanda listens to my wants and always meets my needs and goes above and beyond. Amanda rescued my hair from damage and always give me the classy style I am looking for! "I am normally very happy with any service I have done at this location. Not at all this time. I went in on October 7th. I was there for a large portion of the day which was expected. I got an ambre style coloring service. The top was done in dark brown and I had purple in laid with it and on my ends. I liked it but wasn't immediately thrilled. After a few days and many compliments later I loved it. Fast forward a week and the purple hadn't just faded but was completely gone. I went back at my earliest convenience. When I went back they were busy so I was told by the manager , I believe that she would give me a call on Monday to see what could be done to fix it. If she did call I did not receive a voicemail. So here I am with hair not worthy of paying $200.00 for and apparently I'm just supposed to deal with it. If I have to learn how to cut my own hair to avoid not just this location but all of them I guess that's what I'll do. Happy retirement from the army hair color to me:( I may reconsider if money is refunded back to me in the tune of at least half of what I paid. Re doing it is out of the question, really don't need over processed hair.Pictures just after it was done."

"Our stylist was amazing! She was so sweet, kind, and so friendly! She understood what we were going for and made it happen! She even made it so we are able to donate my daughter's hair! My daughter left with huge smiles and had gotten tons of compliments on her great haircut! If you're going to Fantastic Sam's in Crystal, ask for Aubrey! You won't regret it!"

"I had an awesome experience with stylist Aubrey! I picked her based on looking at past reviews. Everyone loved her work and her personality. And boy, they weren't wrong! She is sooo kind, knowledgeable, funny, and was able to fix my previous stylist coloring! This was my 1st time meeting her, and booking online. I haven't been to this location in years! See my photos. Previous hair was about 1.5 inches of gray roots, a band of black hair, and older pink underneath peekaboo. I got the grays covered, the black removed, new pink, eyebrows done, and everything looking perfect again! I tipped in cash too! Will def be coming back to her! You should go to her too!"
