"I’ve been going to this place for a few years now because it’s right by my house. The first year or so that I went here I had good experiences with a lady named Terri. She did a great job and because the cut I wanted was likely extra work I always paid double for her trouble. After Covid, she no longer works there and I’ve since got a cut from every other employee and they’ve all completely ignored me and just cut my hair however they wanted. My hair grows fast and I always wear a hat, so I usually don’t even care.. However, I went the other day and had my hair totally screwed up (again I didn’t even care). What I did care about was the way the gay black dude treated an older guy next to me. He was so rude to him. The guy mentioned that he should get his hair washed and the guy was really annoyed by it and made it clear. The guy could tell that he was annoyed so he kept making comments to let him know that he wasn’t trying to be difficult. It was honestly painful to watch. I felt so bad for the guy. I was ok with them completely ignoring the way I want my hair cut, but I’m now over this place."

I have curly/wavy hair and struggle to manage it sometimes, but she goes above and beyond with helping me find the right products and the right hair care tips and my hair looks way better now."

"This was my first ever haircut at great clips. The haircut I got was not what I asked. The hairstylist who cut my hair needs to learn how to talk to customers. He made me feel like he was cutting my hair for free. I walked off mid cut… I would love to have a half a star option."

"Terrible haircut! I had to come home and fix it as much as I could, and still not visible terrible damage! There were only two barbers when I arrived and Moses, my barber, seemed not happy to be there. At point, he realized that he messed up my hair and said, “your hair is curly so it’s pulling back,” I’ve never heard a barber make hair type an excuse! And then he asked, “do you want me to fix it?” Hello?! After I said, yes, and saw he wasn’t fixing it, and making it even worse, I started thinking I had to leave before he messes it up more. I said, looks good and was trying to leave. He charged me some default value as he knew he wasn’t getting any tips for messing up so he skipped all that himself. There were two other customers waiting. So not sure if he was just trying to get as many as he can to earn more or what! But this is terrible service, no ownership to mistake, and zero professionalism!"

"I didn’t know exactly how I wanted my haircut. Lucy, got irritated with me. Your suppose to know it’s not my hair. Than she went to cut my hair very short and I said it’s too short. She said oh I know what I’m doing. If I was a man it would be a ok haircut. I don’t see well with my glasses off. My hair might be a 1/4 long. I don’t know what the problem is with cheapest hairdressers. Bit apparently I need to pay more. I have a job interview and I look like a guy !
