"Did not like the service here. They were rushing with my hair leaving it SUUUUPER choppy and sloppy. The female who did my hair was rude and kept cutting more and more length off to “fix” her mistake. Left super unsatisfied and upset with everything. I think you’re better off going to another salon."

"I had made 2 appointments to run concurrently on December 4. We were visiting the area & would be leaving the next day. My husband was getting an hour massage and I a pedicure at the same time so neither one of us would have to sit around and wait on the other. Less than 40 minutes before our appointment I received a call and was told the woman who was doing my pedicure would be ‘working in’ someone else and would need to make my appointment 45 minutes later than my scheduled time. I told her that would not work for me because of my husband’s appointment. Her suggestion was that we schedule another day! Nope wouldn’t work. We don’t live in the area. Her response “sorry”. Now I know things happen, however to cancel our appointments because someone else wanted to be worked in is horrible service. I made those appointments ahead of time assuming that this salon was a quality, customer driven establishment. I was misinformed. They don’t seem to care about their customer. I wonder if this work-in we got bumped for was a friend of the employee. I could never recommend because who knows if you’ll actually be seen!"
