"I was here Monday night & the lady who threaded my eyebrows was really rough, she knicked my skin in several places as you can see in the picture. I have never had an experience like this before. It was very uncomfortable, I thought it might have been just because I hadn’t gotten my eyebrows threaded in a long time but when I got to my car I noticed I was bleeding under my eyebrows. Y’all need people who are going to be gentle and delicate especially when it comes to the face. Don’t think I’ll be returning."

"I am pretty unhappy with the service and the results :( I've been getting my brows threaded for about two years now, and I needed to get them done before a trip. My usual place was closed so I thought I would try Brow 16. The service felt kind of careless if I'm being honest. My eyebrows are not shaped very nicely and they don't even match each other - I feel like I look really wonky! On top of that, I have lots of scratches and scars around my eyebrows. It really hurt!! I don't like leaving bad reviews but I feel so disappointed."

"First take less then see if person wants more taken off. This is not how you do business. Horrible job. I have no idea what your in such a hurry for since no one is in there. Speak with the client. This isn't rip and go and Your stuck with no eyebrows. Just needed a touch up, not a hack job. Rude, if pencil eyebrows is your style this is your place"

"Can you believe that these scars in the photo are a result of threading? I've never had such a terrible experience in my entire life. What's even more frustrating is that the threader seemed to be aware of the deep cut she made on my skin, yet she neither acknowledged it nor apologized for her mistake. To make matters worse, she intentionally wiped away the blood from my scars, preventing me from inspecting the damage on the spot and addressing the issue with her. There's no way I'll be returning to that place. I don’t even want to give a single star but as it’s a mandatory option i have no choice."

"i’ve gone here to get my brows threaded for years and today i received the worst service of my life ! the woman took off half an inch from the front of my eyebrow, left my brows very patchy, not clean cut, and with almost no arch. when i told her i was unsatisfied she got a horrible attitude and told me there was nothing wrong with them. i believe her name is “nay” or “may”. the lady who’s usually there always does an amazing job, wish she’d have been here today !"
