He knew I was anxious and so he made sure I was comfortable before, during and after the procedure, checking in with me often to make sure I was alright. The office staff was extremely friendly and although I experienced more pain after the procedure than was expected, they made sure to get me additional medication quickly and followed up with me to make sure I was on the mend!"
