Crystal's behavior was not only rude but also condescending, treating my mother as if she were a child and resorting to unnecessary smart talk. We asked for an apology and she doubled down on what she said, and proceeded to walk off and ignore us. She has no place to act rude with her hair looking like overbaked noodle fries."

The previous patient took longer than normal, she was apologetic but Teresa always does a good job with the dental cleaning. Everybody in the office is well-trained, very pleasant. "I was hesitant at first about going to this dentist because of the rating and reviews. But, I'm glad I did. The whole experience was great. The front desk people were inviting, smiley, and very polite. When I got into the exam room the assistant was polite and answered all my questions nicely. I went in for an extraction and the dentist was very nice. He didn't talk during the extraction, but he was very focused on what he was doing. After the procedure, I was given instructions on what to do and the cautions of the healing process. I recommend going to this clinic. I have no complaints at all."

Both times I felt no pain whatsoever, was seen within fifteen minutes of my appointment time and was out promptly but also after what a felt was a thorough job. The people have all been nice, answered any questions I've had and I am happy with the work so far. Yes they have a very small waiting room, but that hasn't bothered me."
