Turbo Nails

"I used to come here for dip manicure and it was a good price and had decent service. But lately one man in particular has been my tech and it was the worst dips I've ever gotten. They smelled like chemical and started chipping within days. I went to another salon for an update & they asked me out of concern if I had gone to them to get this manicure and I assured them no. They said they'd never seen chipping so bad. Their gel service is also not great. I've had 3 techs worth it here which is why I still give them 3 stars, but I don't know their names to request particular techs, so I won't be returning. Their pedicure service is usually fine, but nothing great. Always feel very rushed here as well. Have a plan in mind or you will be overwhelmed."

"Stay away. I never do this but I was treated like garbage at this salon. I came in to have one nail redone that had come off. I got a male manicurist who I’ve had before. He’s really rough and has burned me with the file before. I hoped it would be fine since I only needed one nail. He was discussed to do his job, super rough and when I asked to have him shorten the nail a little bit he lost it. He refused at first. Yelled at me. As I calmly insisted he shorten the nail he did so in a very rough fashion. Kept bringing it back up and yelling. Finished my nail and then said not to pay, just to get out. I will NEVER step foot in this salon again and hope no one else does."

"They tried to not let my friend and I sit together when we booked them together then rushed us through our dip manicure and now 2 days later it already chipped half my fingernail with regular use. Would not recommend. I’d ask for a redo but there was someone clearly there for a redo and the entire staff glared at her when she walked in."

"I came in with my sister-in-law. She had a regular manicure and I had the gel manicure. It took my technician so long that my sister-in -law ended up having to wait for me! Needless to say. My manicure lasted 6 days. The polish came loose and peeled right off. I gave the technician a decent tip thinking she was new…I had never been there before. She wasn’t new. I’m very disappointed with the service."

"Amazing pedicures! They really spend a lot of time massaging your legs and feet. Then they apply different techniques and a pressure massage on you foot and legs to help you relax. Definitely love this and will be coming back!"
