"They did my hair nice one time. I gave 3 more chances too many. I showed her a picture too and she said yea she can do it. If you have black hair and want highlights, please don't go to this place. The highlights are a copper gold color and they highlight unevenly and so patchy. I cried in the car all the way home because I told her not to cut my hair too short because it was already short. She didn't listen. Now my shoulder length hair is ear length. My husband hates it, both color and length. Told me never to go back to this place, I wont. I am embarrassed to go anywhere because I just got my hair done last week."

"I went in for a men's haircut on New Year's Eve and was able to get it done quickly. It was cut exactly the way I wanted it. For future reference, they only take cash. I ran across to the Kwik trip to access the ATM."

"I booked an appointment for a haircut at the Cherry Hills, CO salon for 2:00 pm on 12/31/2023 and showed up for it at 1:57 pm. When I arrived for my appointment, the door was locked. I found the phone number and called TCUTZ for help getting in the building and they did not answer, so I left a voicemail. I also emailed them for help. They never responded to my voicemail or email. The only correspondence I recieved was a message saying that I was a ,"no show" This experience is beyond infuriating. TCUTZ wasted my time and gas cost to get to my appointment, that they failed to honor. I will NEVER use this business and have let my family and friends know that TCUTZ should be avoided."
