"This place used to be great but not anymore. I have a huge event this weekend and Thuc Nguyen (don’t know her full name) messed up my hair. I told her I wanted the same cut as before which is a fade with a couple of inches off the top of my hair just so I can style it (it’s also on their notes too). I didn’t even notice how short she cut my hair until the end. Honestly.. mind as well shave my head now cause of how short it is. It’s unbelievable how inconsistent this place is. Please if you planning to go to great clips. Go to a different location."

"The lady that cut Jayson's hair did a great job, I would giver her 4 stars, but the lady that cut Theodore's hair did a horrible job again... Theodore's bangs were not even close to straight. Even after I had her fix them. I had to fix alot of areas, like around the ears, the back neck line was at a slant, and several hairs on the top of the head look like they never got cut, along with fixing the bangs. I'm getting good at cutting hair. Honestly she is the reason we have not gone to the Brooklyn Park Great Clips in several hair cuts. We only went this time because the Champlin Great Clips was closed. Although I have had issues at the Champlin Great clips too. I feel like the bad stylest are all in too much of a hurry to get to the next victim."
