"I went there Sep 3rd to get my nails done gel. It’s the 5th today of Sep and my nail polish is already chipping. Not only did I pay 60 for my toes and nails (gel), but they didn’t even paint the whole nail. On my toes and hands the sides of my nail has no nail polish on it. The lady that did my toes used the same towel on my lap that she used for her previous Client and the towel felt crunchy and dry."

"EDIT: My nails are chipping off! It hasn't even been a day! Absolutely not coming back here! Came here to get my nails done to kill some time - and the experience was... decent but could be much better. I wanted an ombre style on my middle finger, with a moon, but even explaining it to the technician, she just couldn't do it. She didn't use dip power to do the effect, and what we ended up with was a super cheap looking, barely resembling what I asked for fade by using nail polish and the end of a brush. So I just asked for pure black nails. While I'm happy about looking like my Goth self again, I'm not happy about the messy work involving the nails underneath having clumps of acrylic (that should have been drilled off), and the fact that my technician cut WAY too deep into my cuticle on one of my nails and caused me to bleed. Now I have a cut on my thumb, and Jesus does it hurt. Will definitely not come back for nail work. I don't get facial treatment when I go to nail salons, so I can't speak on that, but the nail work needs improvement. Also... they brought their dog in. Which is fine. But puking all over the floor while I'm trying to get a manicure is NOT fine."
