"The people here are very nice and for normal maintenance/cleaning all is good. I had some more serious work that needed to get done. Their quote was astronomical, like $10k+ a tooth for repair. I found a difference St. Paul dentist less than 5 minutes away that did the same work at a fraction of the price. Please be smart and shop around if you get a crazy quote like I did. I have no idea how they can charge what they do..."

"Had $4000 worth of dental work done with them which was fine. 6 months later, I went in for my bi-annual cleaning and was told it would be out of pocket because my insurance “max” was met. (It wasn’t… I had $162 left.) Because I didn’t want to pay out of pocket and the strange billing practice wasn’t communicated to me (an exam was included in my$4000 procedure earlier that I didn’t opt into) , I chose to reschedule for the following calendar year so my insurance would cover it. i was then met with disrespect and passive aggressiveness from James at the front because I needed to wait. When I called him out on the disrespect, he acted as if I was crazy. Loved Dr. Egan but will not return to this office because of this man. I called later to speak with the regional manager to get further explanation of the billing and was again, met with an attitude for simple questions and concern over the situation. When I told him, the regional manager, I would be changing dentists because of this issue, he said okay. They really don’t care about resolving issues I guess!"
