"I was at Great Clips to get my haircut on December 3 and got a great haircut. My only complaint was that the Veterans Day coupon that they gave me it less than 30 days to use it being a veteran and protecting our country and having a coupon expire in less than 30 days is not to my liking, I wish Great Clips would at least give us 60 days to use a coupon instead of less than 30 days because who gets a clear-cut every 28 days I wish that Great Clips would honor Veterans in a better way thank you ."

"The person who cut my hair did a fast & sloppy job. I recut sections of my own hair when I got home. On my previous visit, I was told that styling notes were added to my file but they were missing on this visit. Even though this is a value-priced facility, I will pay more money and go elsewhere for my next haircut."

"My toddler was crying because he was scared and his stylist acted as if it was inconvenient for her. He’s two, I’m not sure what her expectations were. At our usual salon, he sits in my husband’s lap and when we asked her if that would be ok she acted like she wouldn’t be able to cut it. He’s had four hair cuts prior to today and it has never been an issue. Besides her demeanor she gave him a hack job and shaved off half of his eyebrow so that’s going to be cute for my sisters wedding. She didn’t even ask how we wanted it or anything. I still tipped her $5 because I don’t believe in not tipping, but I’m not at all impressed."
