"I would leave 0 if that were an option. The scheduling experience here has always been simple and easy however this year's annual was a nightmare with excessive lead times resulting in a game where they would call me with short notice availability once a month which resulted in the actual lead time dates coming and going while this continued for months. However, the major reason for this 1-star review is the exceptionally poor communication regarding insurance coverage resulted in a statement that contained absolutely no detail that, upon first receipt, was marked as 90 days past due, under the description only "balance forward statement mail." This was followed by a shockingly unpleasant phone conversation with the office. I have been a satisfied customer of this Dental office for more approximately 15 years but my 2023 annual will definitely be my last. The hygienists and dentist have always been good but the business and insurance operations have become extremely problematic."

"This is the best dentist my wife and I have ever had. I appreciate a no-nonsense healthcare provider that does not push to make corrections when they aren't necessary. We've had dentists in the past that have encouraged surgery when it was not necessary. The staff are all very friendly and the techs are all great at carrying on a fun conversation."
"I was new to this Dental practice and was nervous as I had been with the same Dentist office for nearly 29 years. Everyone at Calhoun Dental was very warm and welcoming. My hygienist worked fast, while also taking the time to explain to me what she was doing, what she was looking for and how they care for their patients. The Dentist came in, and was equally friendly and professional. Great experience, highly recommend."
