"I saw a doctor Bao for a cracked tooth. I had gone through this before and I knew the tooth was cracked. I wanted to have the tooth pulled knowing that it could not be saved. She insisted on doing $2000 worth of work that was completely unnecessary. After a root canal She insisted on doing a Crown. She could see the crack in the tooth but said it would be OK. Not soon after that I was back in that office having that tooth extracted. Doctor Bao lied to me and lied to doctor Lee and doctor Lee promised that she would use that money to go towards a implant for me for me but she would never follow through with that promise. I would never go back to doctor Lee's office again."

"I make dental appointments for my parents who enroll in state MA program. Before making appointments, I checked Delta dental website and called the dental office and received confirmation that the Heritage accepts MA insurance. Made appointments, provided insurance information and filled all the online forms for new patients weeks before the appointments. Then went to the appointments and was told that they do not accept MA for seniors, only for children. Such a policy statement cannot be found on dental insurance network search website or the dental office's own website. The staff did not say that when I called before and during appointment scheduling. No email or other communications after insurance information provided before appointments. I respect dental office's policy, but there are several opportunities that the policy could've better communicated with new patients. This lack of communication and clarity is not acceptable."

"Used to see Dr. Lee for several years until I realized she was untruthful and left. One time when I had no insurance she told me that they don't do root canals on baby teeth and extracted my baby tooth (extraction only cost 80 compared to an expensive root canal). Since I had no adult tooth underneath to replace it I now need to get a $2500 dental implant. Later my new dentist told me they actually do root canals on baby teeth. I could have spent $1000 on a root canal instead of getting a dental implant but because she knew I was paying out of pocket with no insurance she lied and said she could only extract. The second time she was dishonest with me was when I went in for a cleaning and exam with no insurance and she said my teeth were fine with no cavities. I got home and noticed some brown spots so I got dental insurance and returned 2 weeks later to show her the spots. After she had the front desk verify my insurance she told me I had 6 cavities and gave me 6 fillings when just 2 weeks before when I had no insurance she told me I had no cavities! Beware of her and make sure if she says something that you get a second opinion or just avoid her altogether!"

"Shady business practices. They lied to my face about pricing. I had some work done on a cavity and a root canal. Their people told me it would cost me $40 and that my insurance would cover the rest. I asked multiple times and they said they double checked and yes it would only be $40. A couple months later I received a bill for over $250. When I called they told me there was "no way" to know what my insurance would cover and that it did not cover everything. I explained that they had assured me it would only be $40 multiple times during my visit and they shrugged it off and basically said pay it or we will send it to collections."
