"Had a facial, was not informed that the eye collagen eye mask was extra. Esthetician recommended it based on my concerns, and I said ok. This would’ve been fine if this was the only issue, but it wasn’t. I only had filled in my brows and mascara on from earlier that day, literally had to use a makeup wipe when I got home to remove my mascara. Overall this was definitely not worth $117+tip. Also, front desk lady was not being pleasant earlier that day. I understand policies but there is a way to go about it without being curt and cold. Will not be back. The esthetician was nice though."
