"Last night we had a party of 24. Our server Eric was Johnny on the spot. He was thoughtful to go ahead and put the children's orders in 1st. They kept us supplied with bread until our meals arrived. Every single plate was cooked to perfection. No errors. And our glasses never went empty. We had a great experience, this will be one of our regular go tos from now on."

"We love us some Longhorn. The food is delicious and the customer service is amazing. Love the fresh baked bread and the steaks and amazing. Great customer service is something worth praising because so many establishments have lost it. Thank you for always being so helpful and caring about your customers. "We went for lunch on Saturday, and spent about $80 plus the tip for the worst steaks I have ever attempted to eat. My husband and I each ordered what was described as a “well-marbled 20-oz Ribeye.” Mine came with fries, he had a sweet potato and side salad. The waitress tried, but they were so short staffed we barely saw her. The bread and tea arrived quickly, but we were never offered refills or more bread. As for the steaks, they should have been described as “18 oz of fat surrounding 2 oz of stringy meat.” The plates were absolutely swimming in grease, and the steaks were inedible. (We took them home where our dogs refused them.). My fries were so covered in grease that they were inedible. We might have sent them back if we’d been able to find a server, but by the time we got her attention, we just wanted to leave. It took 20 minutes to get the check after asking for it, and it sat on the table with my credit card for another 20 minutes before it was picked up. We finally got the card back after another 20 minute wait. I did NOT leave the 18.5, 22, or 25% tip the check recommended, just a token 15%, which is rare for us. But I haven’t had food or service that bad in years. DEFINITELY on our list of places to avoid in the future."

"Yesterday... Saturday. My wife and I dropped in for lunch. We had not been here before...and came in from out of town. And as it has been noted in other reviews... there are two Steakhouses next to each other here. And my wife saw the long line and full parking lot next door and decided to try this one. We were quickly seated. And the place was busy. Families. Friends. Couples. BUT, both of our steaks were too fatty and too greasey...and too thin. The menu mentions 7 Salts in their special rub. We were traveling and tired so I bagged them. Made my dogs happy to see us."

"Went with my mom. Waitress was great! My salad was ok, had more fruits than veggies. We got the brisket queso and the chips had 6x too much salt. Had the mushrooms, and they had slightly too much salt. The steak was perfect as well as the broccoli. Mom had fried steak and okra that had poooed oil on her plate sadly. She peeled all the breading off the steak because it was just too oily. She said the gravy was also too salty. Had the sodium levels been checked before serving, it would have been perfect."
