"Sooooo a friend and I visited Cindi’s for a particular item and we were assisted by the most helpful employee Miss Kara. She is so knowledged in the products and does not make it awkward at all! If you really are looking for a particular “spicy” bedroom device or just want to glance around and ask questions without it feeling weird she will definitely be your go to person! Customer service was 10/10….we could definitely use more employees like Kara!"

"A woman who worked there w long black w blonde ombré dreads wasn’t even present 90% of the time i was there w my partner and her sister. She gave us a dirty look when we walked in. When my partner asked to try something on she got all pissy and said her and her sister can’t go in a changing room together although other staff have let them before when she explained why they wanted to go together and people have let them in to one room she said “well it’s my policy” and gave them dirty looks rolling her eyes and walking away. Hella disrespectful."

"My boyfriend and I Visited the store for a few novelty items yesterday, and I ended up forgetting a personal item. The associate (who helped me find correct sizes, recommended items/how to use items) found the personal item and put it up. I called this afternoon trying to find the item and the associate informed me she had already put it up for me and all I needed to do was pick it up…. 10/10 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE! VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL"

"Horrible. Walk through the front door, and husband asks to go to the restroom, and they were extremely rude about it. Then as we proceed into the store, I was asked to keep my puse behind the counter. I've never in my life have been asked to keep my purse behind a counter while I shop. I would never trust to leave my purse behind a counter out of my sight. I will not be going back to this store."
