"I found Joua through a recommendation from an acquaintance on social media. During this time, I had recently had my hair dyed a light pink by another hairstylist, but it was not the best job done. I reached out to Joua via email to correct for my pink hair. Joua was very responsive and polite. She also made sure she understood what I was looking for. She had me send pictures prior and made it clear that it would take longer than the average booking. Little did I know it literally took us almost 8 hours to complete (this was inclusive of a haircut/trim). She was very thorough with what I should expect to happen during the appointment. She made it clear if she went over my already-very-bleached hair that there was a chance for breakage, and so forth. Ultimately, she left the decision up to me which I highly respect her for. What I really like about Joua's services is that she took her time. She did not rush because it was late, or that she and I was tired. She is a true artist that knows she needed to take her time to achieve what I wanted as well as be happy with her own work. This I extremely respect of her. I am overall happy with the results. 10/10 I would use Joua's services again."
