"As a first time customer, I was wowed. Appointments are easy to make. The receptionist is a great brand representative. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The service was incredible. Extremely talented students do amazing work completely supervised by an excellent teacher. The pricing is exceptionally low for quality work. I came for a haircut and deep condition, but they offer a full range of services. I will be back and highly recommend Minnesota School of Beauty as a top notch salon."

"On my previous visit I received a haircut that was choppy and uneven. Additionally, the haircoloring was so obnoxious that it in no way look as the stylist projected. Instead of receiving compliments, friends and family asked me what happened to my hair??! On my last visit I pointed out to the instructor all of the things that needed fixing. She and the new student did the best they could although it was nowhere near what I really wanted. In this experience I lost about six inches of hair that I wanted to keep, the shortest part is less than an inch long and I'll be stuck with this haircut for a very long time to come! When I went to check out and pay I was met by the two co-owners. While the one was understanding and apologetic, the other stated that while I was explaining what had happened I spoke too loudly and that I offended the student that did my hair last (I wasn't aware she was a few chairs down.) I apologized and told her I was deaf in one ear and had no intention of insulting anyone! She went on to SCOLD AND SHAME me, much like a child that being reprimanded for doing something wrong! I am HIGHLY offended and will NOT be returning. I have since filed a report with the BBB."
