"I have been a regular customer at this salon as I liked my technician who always did a good job. Though they were over priced than other salons in the area, I still preferred going there until I had this experience. 2 weeks back I went for chrome nails, after it was done by 2 technicians as mine did not know the method- it started ripping off next day. Upon calling they redid my top coat but again it started ripping(see pics). At this point I was too tired to go back again, so went after 1week and changed the color. To my surprise when I asked for a concession as last time they charged extra for chrome which did not last, they rudely said they cannot help it as I did not call the 2nd time it ripped. I even showed them the picture with time stamp..I expected them to adjust atleast the extra charge for chrome, but they were super rude. Being a regular customer, this is how I got treated! Very disappointed as I paid extra for a service which was not done properly and was denied any type of customer service!"

"I am writing a review for my mom who just went there on Saturday May 13th 2023. She has been there a few times and has never had an issue, she said the place is always clean and she likes when they do designs for her, however Saturday night her fingers started to hurt and she said they burned. She washed her hands and had been putting ointment on them but believe she has a chemical burn from what they used this time. She will no longer be going back to this place."
