"I've heard mixed reviews about this place so I went in a bit skeptical but holy was I blown away. Dalen was my nail tech and she was absolutely amazing! Perfect shape, perfect nude color, perfect hearts, she really pays attention to detail and is so sweet. These are definitely one of, if not, the best nails I've ever had done. I highly recommend this place and especially Dalen! For anyone who's wondering, I got a fill and it was $56 without tip!"

"I have been getting my nails done here for the last two years and mostly get excellent customer service, but today the gentleman doing my nails was rushing me and cutting my nails shape too short after I confirmed I did not want it cut that length. When I expressed that before he added the did powder, he started complaining that I wanted a short length and told me that he likes to get things done super fast. He then told me he does not want to do my nails anymore and I should go somewhere else. Having to wait over two hours after with an appointment, only to be treated this way was baffling. I would not be recommending anyone else to Express Nails, if you if around this area, I recommend reading updated reviews and looking for elsewhere with better customer service."
