"I have been to many nail salons and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I had to wait almost an hour after my scheduled appointment for them to start on my nails. The technician didn’t understand enough English for me to communicate what I wanted. I had to communicate through another technician to explain to her. I changed what I wanted to something very simple (a single color) because the staff was extremely inexperienced and couldn’t do a pink and white ombre dip manicure, even though it’s advertised on their pricing boards. After all of that hassle, my nails still came out looking awful. They’re bumpy, dimpled, the sides have chips. I wouldn’t have paid for them and would have asked to speak with a manager if I wasn’t running late because I spent 2 hours in the salon. 0/10 I would not recommend and I will not go back."

"as the other reviews stated, this is a lovely nail shop. It is quiet, clean and the staff are very nice. However, EVERY nail shop in the twin cities I go to does not shape toe nails unless I request! I am a spa technician and I was taught to shape the nails to make them look symmetrical, but no one does that here. Other than that the spa does great work and the prices are reasonable."
