"I wanted to become a new patient with this dentist and i seen the reviews were great but the customer service was terrible. I don’t know the lady’s name that I was on the phone with to make an appointment but she was just giving a attitude the whole time, She completely wasted my time for about 30 minutes & had no patience for her job i believe she was pretty new as she mentioned. When it got to the insurance part is when she became pretty rude, english isn’t my first language so i was trying my best as she got mad i didn’t know the “Employer name” of the card. The appointment was for my daughter and i did mention only my kids are on the insurance, My son is the subscriber (minor) and repeatedly asking for my husbands information after i clearly mentioned My kids were the only ones on insurance. The call was very frustrating being on the phone with this lady. She did ruin the hope of booking a future appointment."

"Just had my first visit at Tranquility Dental this morning, and all I can say is wow!! Everyone is so nice at the office and very knowledgeable. After my hygienist of 20+ years retired, I was very scared to have someone new as my experience at my previous dental office that wasn't my hygienist was terrible. Luckily Katie put me right at ease and explained everything to me in a way that didn't make me anxious. She also was very gentle and stellar at my teeth cleaning. I also saw Dr. Katy and she was incredible in explaining things to me. 10/10 service, will definitely be referring all my friends and family here!"

"I hadn't been to the Dentist in 6 years out of sheer fear. My Husband and I just moved back to Minnesota and I decided it was time to get my dental health in check. I found Tranquility online and I am so happy I chose to go here. I was greeted by the awesome office administrators Shawna & Krista they both were so friendly and immediately made me feel more at ease. I then was taken back by an AWESOME dental hygienist Tali who I admitted to that I was absolutely terrified to be there. She was so kind and caring during my entire visit. She explained in detail everything that she was about to do and checked in on me during my cleaning to make sure I was still feeling comfortable and OK. Dr. Kramer also made me feel extremely at ease and was very thorough with her examine. I am so grateful that I faced my fear and went to the dentist and especially grateful I chose Tranquility. These ladies are top notch, professional, and extremely compassionate. You can also tell they all really love what they do which is great.
