"I will be switching from my usual dentist to this Knollwood Dentistry Office. Dr.Askegaard is my life saver- 1 day before my trip my tooth broke and I had to have new crown put in. Dr.Askegaard was very professional, and I had new tooth in one day when other dentists told me to come back for this special appointment and it will take 2 weeks. Everything was done in 3 hours, I felt no pain (novocaine worked pretty good too) just some pressure. I am one happy client. Ron (health coordinator) was very helpful and nice. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat."

"I have never worked with such incompetence in my life! I am not speaking of the dental care or the politeness of the staff-that said, they screw up the billing time and again. They were to combine the cost of a procedure I had in Richfield with the one I had in the SLP clinic. After much going round and round, I was told they couldn't do that. Long story short, the accounting department has screwed everything up. When I first went there they would make me sit through signing form after form, making appointments so much longer than a dental appointment should be. It is not my job to sit with them while they do their billing. I told my insurance rep about this and they said they had never heard of such a thing! After total frustration with Knollwood Dentistry, I finally, switched dental offices and they would not transfer my records-claiming they had, then they thought they had, ignoring multiple requests from my new dentist and myself. Zero stars if that were an option!!! Update-I just spoke with Isabel and she and I came to a financial agreement of which I am satisfied."
