"Okay so we go to jouneys to get a pair of shoes replaced well the manger or whatever she is Rachel was very snootie and just awful she could have been nice and respectful about the whole situation but no she was disrespectful and rude.. so never go to jouneys u will be sold garbage we bought a pair of shoes wore them a few times and the soles came right off of them took them back to get them exchange and they wouldn't exchange them.. they never stand behind of what they sell.."
