"as someone who’s worked closely with this location at one point, and has had consultations and cleanings here, all i have to say is DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! they’re constantly looking for ways to scam you out of money and from a business standpoint, they are terrible at what they do. calling them is a consistent and frequent issue that i have experienced first hand. my family member, who is a 2x stroke victim was denied service after he accidentally confirmed his appointment here. nowhere on their website does it state their policies regarding missed appointments. no amount of communication on your part will get you what you need. please consider a different location at the very least"
"They absolutely deserve no stars. Thieves and liars work here. Put down a $750 deposit for a crown at the other location. After multiple issues at the Winnetka office with their dentistry quitting, never sending the crown in to be made, never calling to speak to me about it, and pretending that it didn't happen, I was sent over to this location to finish the process. Absolutely horrible experience. PLEASE seriously consider finding a different dentist or never stepping foot in this office. Read the other low reviews and take them to heart! Learn from my mistake and go somewhere else. This office is just as unprofessional and incompetent as the other location. Went in for multiple appointment to install a crown. EXCEPT, no crown, (MUTIPLE TIMES). Apparently, no one sent in for my crown to be made and they never called to tell me or reschedule my app. I was seen by a (TEMP) dental helper and the dentist. I was ASSURED that this was a mistake by the other dentist and office, and they were going to make it right. (TWICE) I made the mistake of trusting them, as they assured me multiple times that they were going to get my crown in, and everything will be good. I stopped at the desk to made sure anything from the previous office was sent over. The ASSURED me again that everything was good. I owed nothing and my crown and appointments were covered. I was ASSURED that they would make it right after multiple wasted appointments and no crown. I would OWE nothing because of the mistakes. A month goes by, and I don't hear anything, so I call. Was told that my crown was still on order, and everything was good. November rolls in and I try calling the office, but no one was answering the phone. Left a voicemail once every week and continued to try and call to get through. NO ONE returned my calls. They claimed they called me; I have no records of it. I even did the text request, and NO ONE returned my calls. Finally, I left another voicemail this week and they finally got back to me. Apparently, my crown has been done for a while (HEARD THAT MULTPLE TIMES BEFORE) and no one bothered to tell me or return the call. So unprofessional as they blamed it on my phone and claimed that it must be something on my end. By this point, I was so done with everything as I do not trust them to actually finish the process. I requested a refund and now, low and behold, they are claiming that I owe them money and refusing to refund my deposit. To say I am upset would be an understatement. After reading some of the other reviews, I see this office has gone downhill. After speaking to the office, they are short staffed, and dentists/assistants are quitting left and right. The assistant during my appointment didn't even work there as she was a temp, so what does that say about how they manage and run the business. WORST MISTAKE of the year. Learn from my mistake and save yourself the extra stress. Based on some of the calls I have been having, I am positive they are not going to refund my money, but the underworld will freeze over before I pay them another dime for no services."
"When I first entered the doors of this great dental place I felt as though I was entering a new life for my mouth and I was right. They treated me like a queen. queen. I respect them with my appointment time because they are so respectful to me. My dentures were done in a very professional way. They gave me a smile I never had with any other dentist. I recommend this doctor for your dentures and correction for your teeth. He is state of the art. Love this place. Annie Hester"
"I went in with such anxiety and embarrassment from how messed up my teeth were. They were so supportive and understanding and made me feel good about myself. They were so kind and walked me through the entire process without being judgmental at all. I highly recommend!!"
"Disappointing Experience this Kid's Dental doctor. I wish I could give them zero stars. I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the unprofessional behavior exhibited by Dr. Rana and her staff at Gentle Dentistry My recent visit made me question the quality of care and respect provided by their staff Firstly, I was taken aback by how dismissive and rude Dr. Rana was when I asked her a simple question regarding my child's procedure. Instead of addressing my concern, she shut me down and even went as far as threatening to cancel the procedure altogether if I dared to ask any further questions. This lack of professionalism left me feeling disrespected and undermined Additionally, I was informed that the procedure would take approximately one hour, but to my dismay, it lasted 3 hours. The significant delay was not only inconvenient but also raised concerns about the efficiency of the dental practice. It is unacceptable to misinform and inconvenience patients without offering any explanation or apology Furthermore, Dr. Rana instructed me to stay out of the room during my child's procedure, try to leaving me completely in the dark about what was happening. This prolonged period positioned on the table caused significant discomfort and unease for my minor child, making the experience highly unpleasant. Such a prolonged wait cannot be justified, especially in the case of a minor who may already be anxious or distressed due to health concerns that she cost doing unnecessary root canal procedure. in the first place. Do not take your kids at this place."
