"My gel manicure peeled after 4 days! I was on vacation at the time so I couldn’t inform them straight away. Upon my return I called and the owner said they would redo my nails. I came in for a redo and the lady said “pick color”, I said that the manager told me to come in for redo, she said again, “pick color”. I picked a color and again reiterated that I was in for a redo at no charge, I explained the situation to her, and offered to show her pictures and videos of my nails while I was on vacation. She had no interest in viewing the pictures of their poor manicure as well as no apology for their service. Then when my manicure was completed, I tipped the manicurist $10 and I was on my way, but the girl that kept telling me to pick color said I had to pay for the manicure. She started screaming when I said I was leaving given the agreement that I was there for a redo. She said a redo at no charge was only for the same color, and since I picked a new color there was a charge. To add to this awful situation, she said that I just wanted to get a new color, insinuating that I was being dishonest while she had no interest in viewing the pictures and videos of the peeling from the first manicure. I spent nearly $150 on this place in less than two weeks from 2 gel manicure and a pedicure! Also, the guy that did my redo noted the top of my nails had old residue that likely caused the peeling. I do have to say on a positive note that Timothy Trihn did a great job on the redo. I hope that he finds a different place to work as this place is toxic. Seriously, go find a different nail salon…save your money and time by staying away from this place."

"I'm shopping around for a nail tech and decided to go here. I wanted to like it I really did but they do acrylic nails so fricken thin I've had 4 nails break in 4 days of having them I by no means do heavy work but the the ones that have broken are thinner than my actual nail. For what they charge quality should be way better. This place is a rip off."

"Wow I got my nails done here, 80+ for the pink and white powered with diamonds and designs. The lady was so nice, fast with it. And did a beauitful job. I will be coming back here all the time ! I know the prices are h high end but goD Dayum there amazinf"

"Love my nail salon. The owner has made great upgrades and changes. The inside is spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and they can do some nails. They freehand, copycat, and almost anything you can request. I have been going to mai for years before she took ownership. She is dependable, on time and keeps my natural nails long and healthy. You also get a mini massage. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Fantastic experience! My mom, sister, and I randomly dropped in for pedicures. The salon is clean and friendly. Great selection of normal polish, gel, and dip colors. The pedicures are very reasonably priced. They does an excellent job, they didn't seem rushed, and were very detailed. I would definitely recommend and visit again if looking for a place while visiting the Twin Cities."
