"I was in and out in 20 minutes. Lady doing my nails was rushing through the entire thing. Pushing the cutiles so aggressively. Leaving the base coat around the nails without cleaning, so now I have stuff dried on my skin. Leaving a lot of space on nail without polish. And when I complained about it, I was just told by a man that the lady new what to do."

"I have been going here a couple times a year, when I’m up on business, for many, many years, they had just opened when I started coming here. I used to get great service. Great pedicures, great long massage, great price! The last 4 times I have gone, they were not busy at all, but my pedicures have been rushed. My feet are not baby soft, the massage is all of 2 minutes to rub the lotion in, and the price for what I get is awful. I paid $60 for no paint. Thinking they would spend more time doing a massage, as I was looking for relaxation more than painted toes, and I was out of there in 20 minutes, my feet don’t even look like they touched them, and I’m just saddened they are not what they used to be after all this time I have been. They lost a customer after last night."
