"I love love getting my nails done here and have for 4 yrs., but a Pedicure? They are good.but, when it's time to pay the fee is always $10-12 more than originally quoted. I tip well but sometimes I don't know if I should with that extra fee that comes out of nowhere.I sense they rush through the process more too"

"Genuinely the worst nail experience I have had the displeasure of experiencing. One tech thinks it's sanitary to not clean her hands then use her own thumbnails to push back cuticles. Appalled by the experience I had, will never be back, biggest disappointment for me. Took two trips and a large argument to get anything close to what I wanted despite reference photos."

"I have been coming here since they opened years ago. Lately since they have gotten this new manager person, the quality of their work has gone downhill. Lynn used to do a great job for me, when I come I get the works! I didn’t mind spending $100s, and tipping very well, because I felt she earned it, she really did great work. Lately things are going straight downhill fast, she rushes through the job! My nails are cracking and breaking, causing me to have to get fake nails, when I started out just getting a gel overlay on my natural nails. I have brought them and sent them a lot of business by people asking me where I got my nails done. Sad to say I think it’s time for me to move on, I think they’ve gotten too big for me, I’m guessing my money isn’t the right type of green, or my Mastercards and visas aren’t good enough, I don’t know why they have never been declined. When they were closed for renovations, I did my own nails at home. I’m really upset about this, because I’m a person that hates change. But I think it’s time I move on, because I refuse to pay the kind of money I spend for degrading service."

"I started going to this place because Le started working here! She used to work at another nail salon and move to knollwood nails. If you want an incredible nail job with someone who always tries to make you happy please ask for Le. She will take care of you!! I go every 3 weeks or so and always have a pleasurable experience."
