"I called made arrangements to have one item embroidered. I was told the time to be there. I arrived and was informed that the larger items would filled before mine. They would call me when it was ready. I Left it on Wednesday and I finally called them on Friday afternoon, I needed itfor the weekend. I was told it was ready but they had no idea what the cost was. The owner would need to be called to get cost. About 15 minutes later they called to say the cost was$16.20. Pretty pricey. I have done business with them for years, but I am very disappointed with the service and I live in another city. They need to get there stories and prices all together."
