"They tried to set me up on a maintenance plan I didn't want or need. I have perfect teeth and they were billing me for a special periodontal maintenance plan, when all I wanted was a cleaning. Then they tried to tell me it was my insurance plan that wouldn't cover basic cleanings. After talking to my insurance plan I discovered Shamblott Dentistry was submitting things I didn't have done. When I asked them about it, they were really rude and dismissive and told me that the insurance companies were rip off artists and it was them who was trying to rip me off. Well the insurance company said they would cover it 100% if Shamblott submitted it as a routine cleaning. But they refused to submit it as that. I was warned by a couple of people that they had been ripped off by them before going there. I wish I had listened to them. I'm taking my business we elsewhere."

"Will try to rip new customers off. I've never had a cavity in my life, I've never had braces. Hygienists tell me my teeth are flawless. I've gone to the dentist every 6 months since I was born. 24 years to the same and decided to try Shamblott since it was closer to home so I don't have to drive 40 minutes just for a dentist. I did their initial screening. Hygenist told me I have beautiful teeth, but when the Dr. came in he told me i have 2 cavities. I thought he was joking. He showed me 2 small gaps which I could not identify (I did not go to dental school). After my appointment they led me to the office to schedule another appointment for my cavity and then ANOTHER appointment for a cleaning. I canceled with Shamblott and got a 2nd opinion at my original dentist. Shamblott didn't even send over the X-Rays which I signed 3 business days prior to release to my dentist. Extremely fishy. My original dentist had to take their own x rays thankfully free of change and low and behold NO CAVITIES! Everything from my experience adds up to a terrible experience and it should serve as a warning to all new customers."
