"Take the name of their store literally I guess- if your child has worn or played with the item more than ONCE, they won’t take it!! Brought in a bunch of very nice clothes- some that had literally never been worn and they passed on them and I was told the reason they wouldn’t accept those items was because they were too worn- such a bad excuse! I know this place is super picky so I only bring in clothes that are in exceptionally good condition or never worn- they should at least say they don’t need anymore sports pants or winter coats or whatever and not insult people by telling them their stuff if “really worn” when it’s brand new or hardly worn at all!! A waste of time if u ask me- just donating to church based thrift stores from now on!"
