"Now has been on a few occasions that the staff here have given me wrong information on their dye. They have suggested me different colors and said that they will work great on my hair and will be vibrant. But then turns out that the dye either doesn't come out the right shade of color, or flat out doesn't show up at all. When asked about it, they just suggest a different color, or brand. I do not reccomend them. They seemingly do not understand how the products they carry work with the hair that is right in front of their faces."

"Tried to stop in today at 2:30, there was a piece of paper taped to the door that just said “back in 30”. Just randomly closed down in the middle of the day?? And 30 minutes from when? I had no idea how long the sign had been up and no indication of what time they were returning. I drove over 30 minutes to get there for nothing. I won’t be back."

"The manager at Sally Beauty spoke to me in a condescending way, I believe it was because of the color of my skin. It was extremely uncomfortable and I will not be returning. I will be going to Ulta from now on because I am treated with dignity and respect."

"I have been to the Chaska location several times. I have had different experiences depending on who is working. I have had some younger girls who are not very helpful at all. However, Anytime Victoria is working, I leave feeling satisfied. She is kind and knowledgeable. She takes the time to make sure you get what you need and that it's correct for what you are doing. She's not just in ot for the sale. If you have any questions about your beauty products, I highly recommend chatting with her!"
