"I was impressed from the moment I chatted with Rita on the phone..she is the only stylist I have had do a consultation over the phone. She asked several questions before booking my appointment so she was ready to go the day of. I was wanting to lighten my hair(black to brown) and she was very honest and professional in telling me that it would take several steps and she shared her professional concerns about the current condition of my hair/scalp. She talked me through the whole process and I was impressed with the final results. I went in with certain expectations and I appreciate that she was honest about those expectations not being realistic and yet she delivered great results and told me that overtime I would reach my expectations. If you are looking for quality and experience at a reasonable price point I highly recommend the ladies at 3's Company."
